Weight Loss: The Limits

We have all experienced days where some of the weight we have worked so hard to lose comes back. Maybe some kilos or inches! It may be because we have not been able to diet or exercise for some reason. For example, I was down with COVID in May and I put my intermittent fastingContinue reading “Weight Loss: The Limits”

Clutter and weight loss

There is a relationship between clutter and weightloss..atleast that is what I have discovered in these days. The moment you start hoarding anything …you hoard it at two levels- mental, emotional and physical. At the physical level, it is your body that hoardes the unwanted fat and your environment which hoards the unwanted clutter. AtContinue reading “Clutter and weight loss”

Foods you can eat without gaining weight!

I know people say that foods like popcorn etc. do not increase your weight but the truth is that these foods will not increase your weight as long as you exercise well. If you are leading a sedentary lifestyle, then these seemingly low fat foods can increase your weight in no time.

The fat or something else

Is the fat the problem or something else. Of late, I have been reading a lot on this subject. The book that really got me thinking was A Course in Weight Loss by Marrianne Williamson. The author says that the fat in our body is not really fat but unresolved emotions like guilt, sadness, angerContinue reading “The fat or something else”
