Clutter and weight loss

There is a relationship between clutter and weightloss..atleast that is what I have discovered in these days.

The moment you start hoarding anything …you hoard it at two levels- mental, emotional and physical. At the physical level, it is your body that hoardes the unwanted fat and your environment which hoards the unwanted clutter. At the emotional level, you start hoarding the unwanted emotions that you have associated with that clutter. At the mental level, you hoard the unwanted thoughts.

But mostly, it is seen that clutter cannot be cleared by the person who has created it in the first place. Because if the person tries to clear the clutter without clearing it on the mental and emotional levels, the clutter in those levels will not let him clear it on the physical level. That clutter will become an attachment that will be painful to remove.

Similarly, if a person tries to lose his physical weight without addressing the mental and emotional issues that caused that fat gain in the first place, he will be fighting a losing battle.

In case of weightloss, intermittent fasting helps in realizing that you dont need to hoard food in your body. It helps you to let go of food that you don’t need. With clutter too you need to fast to realize that you don’t need those things..

Think about it….
