The good thing about fat loss

Measure yourself everyday

Yesterday, I did not walk much. The thing about writing is that I haven’t been able to master the art of writing while walking on the treadmill so far. The issue I face is that I cannot think, walk and type at the same time. (I am working on it!).So, as of now, when my creativity rises from its slumber, I have to sit down and write.

Today, when I measured my weight and fat, I found that I had gained 70 grams of weight and 0.4 percent of fat. I know that is ridiculously a small amount but that is how things go out of control. We ignore this small gain and then get a rude shock of many kilos. The good part is our body responds to whatever we do and we can (most of the times) measure the response.

I, for one, don’t like these suprises! So, what will I do? I will simply walk the excess off, watch what I eat and drink a lot of hot water! Fat loss is about these small measures, about listening to your body and doing the right thing at the right time. What do you think? Do you measure yourself everyday? Do share your experiences and fat loss journey!
