Remember if your food is not tasty enough then you will most likely exit the diet plan. We cannot sustain something we are not happy doing and trust me good taste plays an important role!

When you start losing weight…

Slowly but steadily, you realize that eating junkfood is not really worth the fat gain. You start feeling happy when the numbers on the scale change. You start thinking about eating the right thing even when the temptation strikes.

Many girls, especially from affluent households resort to emotional eating, and end up becoming obese. Their craving for recognition, affection and love from their own kith and kin transforms into their craving for food. They eat food to fulfill that emptiness inside them.
