I have to admit that it is difficult leading a very active life when you have to sit and work for most part of the day. Whether you are working from home or office, the point is you are working on a computer. Unless your company is very progressive and provides you laptops or desktops which can be used while walking or standing, chances are that you will be sitting on a chair for most of the time which would more often than not extend into ‘overtime’.

So, in this scenario, how does one ensure adequate exercise? For the past few days, I have been doing a new experiment. Every time, I recieve a call on my mobile, I get up from my chair and walk while I talk to the person on the other end. This has helped me to ensure that I get more than my share of exercise. There are times I don’t feel like getting up and walking around but I still do it because if you want fatloss, then you need to make these little changes.

So get up and walk when you talk!
