Pandemic eating

Gosh! All these days have been a torture. Copped inside the house with no place to go. They might be your life but seeing the same people everyday is not easy. Last year was spent in making recipes and even exercising. However, this year, its been tougher.

To start with I got the disease- the royal Corona Virus. Not an easy thing mind you. Especially when you cannot taste or smell the food you are eating and its tastes like hay. More than that you keep getting phlegm in your throat so when you take it out, it burns your throat.

Anyways, I recovered with God’s grace but again living like this is a pain. To drown my exasperation and frustration, I can either have food or exercise. Sometimes chips and wafers seem therapeutic but they aren’t really. Looking at options is also a pain. Why would you want to eat a bland tasting biscuit when you have nothing else to do? I realize how being busy actually helps in keeping that weight off!
