Slow weight loss

Weight loss is not a one off process. It is as continuous as breathing. Weighing your self every day, accounting for each gram you pick up, the fat percentage that decreases or increases and the water that goes into your body should become a mandate rather than a matter of choice.

Many people say during the weight loss you should not have anything fattening etc. I believe these foods will always be around you and they will tempt you unless you are someone like the actor John Abraham who has not had a cheat meal for the last two decades. So, its good to have a small dose of these foods occassionally than to go beserk one day. The days following this little transgressionshoild be followed by extra exercise, eating wisely so that there is no weight gain.

The idea here is to let your body get used to losing weight and eating all kinds of foods sometimes. This will prevent spikes and sudden weight changes.
