Watching People Who Can Eat Anything and Remain Thin

Some people can eat anything and not worry about gaining weight

I have a lot of people around me who are quite thin. Their food servings are topped with butter, ghee and the works. They love eating tasty food, fast food, junk food and all the kinds of foods that I cannot eat. Yes, I can cheat once in a while but then I cannot have those foods every day.

I don’t believe I am the jealous kinds but when I look at those people, I just have one question – why me? Why can’t I have all those tasty, calorie laden foods with such nonchalance and abandon?

But, when I actually think about it, the reality is quite different. Most of the people who eat these foods either have a great metabolism which is either heriditary or has been developed after a lot of exercise in their growing up years.

Those who are naturally skinny have a tendency to gain skinny fat around their visceral organs or other parts of the body. Some who are really skinny tend to balance their intake and output all the time.

So, in reality, every one is on a different journey and it is not fair to compare anyone. All I can do is love my body for what it is and lead a healthy life.
