Reducing weight for yourself

Weightloss

People venture into weightloss due to a lot of reasons. Some do it to please their spouses, some for their children, others do it to look better etc.

I have lost weight earlier too. However, at that time, my reasons were different. They were about looking good or pleasing my late husband etc.

The fact of the matter is when you do something for someone else, you never own it. It is never yours. You feel as if you are carrying someone else’s burden on your shoulders. Fat loss is a dicey thing. The inertia and pain in the body wants you to give it up all the time. If your not motivated enough, you will give it up sooner or later.

The first thing about your fat loss is that you should do it for yourself. There are many people who are comfortable being fat. So if you are one of those don’t hop on to the bandwagon. You will fall off eventually. The will to lose fat has to come from within.
