My Book Is Here: Feed Hunger, Lose Weight

For a long time, this blog is where I wrote down what was happening to me. The 90 kilos. The diagnosis. The slow, unglamorous work of losing 20 of those kilos on the same roti, dal, chawal and sabzi my family eats every day.

Today I have something to tell you. I have put the whole of it into a book, and it is out now on Amazon.

It is called Feed Hunger, Lose Weight.

This is not another book that tells you to eat less and want it more. It is the honest story of how I lost the weight while managing a slow thyroid and borderline sugar, without fasting, without counting a single calorie, and without giving up the food I love. More than the story, it is the method. The eleven rules that actually did the work. A seven-day quick start you can begin tomorrow with the food already in your kitchen. Why you feel hungry an hour after a healthy meal, and the one simple shift that stops it.

I wrote it for the woman who has tried everything and been told, again and again, that she just needs more willpower. If that is you, I want you to hear this clearly. You were never the problem. I explain why, and exactly what changed for me.

If this journey meant something to you here on the blog, the book is the full version of it, in your hands, all in one place.

And one small thing. If you read it and it means something to you, an honest review on Amazon would genuinely help it reach the women who need it. Even a couple of lines. The first few reviews decide whether a book like this is ever found.

Thank you for being here for all of it.
